1.   EASY ONLINE ORDERING 

  • Ordering online from  mili b  is safe and it should be straightforward and hassle free. 
  • Just click on a product to see more information about it. If you want to buy it, click the buy button and it will be uploaded to your shopping basket. Don't worry if you change your mind, you can take items out of your basket at any point up until you enter your card or payment details. 
  • Once you have paid for your items, you will receive a confirmation email, and our team will send it out to you or directly to the little one within a few days. We promise to pack everything neatly and beautifully.  
     
2.   PAYMENT OPTIONS 
  • We provide safe and secure on-line shopping. You can place an order directly on our website and we accept most major credit and debit cards. You can also make payment through Paypal.
  • Payments can be accepted by cheque – please note that an extra five days must be added on to the delivery time as we need to allow time for the cheque to clear. 
     
3.    SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • If your item is in stock we shall do our very best to dispatch your order on the day you place it. You should receive your order within 2 – 3 working days. A signature may be required depending on the size and value of the parcel. 
  • United Kingdom:  £3.50  (First Class Royal Mail 2-3 days)
  • United  Kingdom Express  Delivery:  £6.95.  Should you need speedy delivery within the UK we can send your order express provided you place your order with us by 1pm (Monday to Friday). Orders will be dispatch through Royal Mail or courier so a signature will be required to take receipt of the order.
  • Europe:  £6.00  (Royal Mail Airmail: 4-7 working days)
  • USA/Australia:  £10  (Royal Mail Airmail: 4-7 working days)
  • Rest of the World: £12.50  (Royal Mail Airmail: 4-7 working days)

4.    RETURNS

  • We always want you to be delighted with your purchases from  mili b. We believe in quality and we won't be happy until you are. So if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with any of our products, simply return them and we'll either exchange them, or give you a refund.  We believe in a No Quibble Returns Policy. All we ask is that the returned goods are in a resalable condition  and returned within 14 days.
  • To return an item please contact us by email  info@milib.co.uk  for a reference number. Please note that unless an item is faulty we cannot refund the postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights. We also recommend you obtain proof of posting for your peace of mind as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to Mili b.   Refunds process within 15 days of returns received.

  • If an item you have received is damaged you must inform us by email within 24 hrs of delivery to arrange for a refund or replacement to be sent.
