TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.  Ordering online

You can place an order directly on our website. We accept most major credit and debit cards. You can also make payment through Paypal. We will send you an e-mail confirmation and inform you when it has been dispatched.

  1. 2.  Delivery
     
    If your item is in stock we shall do our very best to dispatch your order on the day you place it. You should receive your order within 2-3 working days. A signature may be required depending on the size and value of the parcel. 
     
    United Kingdom:  £3.50  (First Class Royal Mail 1-2 days)
     
    United  Kingdom Express  Delivery:  £6.95.  Should you need speedy delivery within the UK we can send your order express provided you place your order with us by 1pm (Monday to Friday). Orders will be dispatch through Royal Mail or courier so a signature will be required to take receipt of the order.
     
    Europe:  £6.00  (Royal Mail Airmail: 4-7 working days)
     
    USA/Australia:  £10  (Royal Mail Airmail: 4-7 working days)
     
    Rest of the World: £12.50  (Royal Mail Airmail: 4-7 working days)
     
    Free delivery to the UK for orders valued over £30
     
     
    3.  Returns & Replacement
     
    We understand that sometimes you may change your mind and wish to return an item to us. No problem!.  We are happy to refund or exchange items within 14 days of receipt.
     
    To return an item please contact us by email info@milib.co.uk  for a reference number. Please note that unless an item is faulty we cannot refund the postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights. We also recommend you obtain proof of posting from the post office when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to Mili b. Once we have received and verified the returned item we will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange.

    If an item you have received is damaged you must inform us by email within 24 hrs of delivery to arrange for a refund or replacement to be sent.

4.    Payment

Mili b accepts Mastercard, Visa and all other debit cards.  On receipt of order, mili b will process the payment manually to ensure we have the correct items in stock.  The card issuer will perform the required verification checks and once the payment has been processed, we will issue the order.  In the event of a card refusal, we will not be liable for non-delivery or delay.

 

5.    Security

Mili b’s online shop is a secure website.  Every time you enter an area of the site that has or requires sensitive information such as credit card details, an icon at the bottom of your browser window will appear that looks like a padlock to indicate that the site is secure.  mili b’s online shop uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and Private Communications Technology security standards that are supported by Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or later and other popular browsers.  SSL encodes your personal information and all your transactions are protected by the powerful SSL encryption technology.  SSL encrypts your credit card number, name, address, telephone number, identification number and password as it travels through the internet so that it cannot be read by anyone other than the secure server.
